Obtaining a ZERO ALCOHOL PURE WINE, without any additive, artificial flavors or stabilizers, a product created completely from wine ! According to the experts in Food & Beverage, Lussory is a unique wine, especially thanks to its quality and good beneficial healthy characteristics. After several years of hard work, hand in hand with the best experts in wine worldwide, Lussory was born in 2011 as the wine evolution. This 100% pure natural drink, obtained directly from the best vineyards in Spain and made with Airén type grapes (an indigenous white grape vine cultivated exclusively in Spain in the Castilla-La Mancha region, south of Madrid, in an area of approximately 250.000 hectares and where many centuries-old saplings - low bush: gobelet - can still be found, which hold up very well in the poor, sandy, clay- limestone soils. It is one of the largest native vine-growing areas in the world. In many respects it is similar to the French Ugni Blanc and also to the Italian Trebbiano. The grape variety has an inimitable aroma, especially with the Macabeo grape. It is often blended with the Macabeo and Malvar grapes for fresh white wines and with Cencibel – Tempranillo - for light red wines. Large quantities of Airén grapes are also used in the distillation of Spain's famous brandies such as Ugni Blanc in France).
Production process and dealcoholisation method
Producer uses the ultimate technology for the evaporation technique known as VACUUM DISTILLATION. This system is less aggressive than the conventional extraction method so the aromas and flavors are properly preserved and at the same time, there is not so much risk of missing the aromatic components of wine. Moreover, it also preserves the good components for our health already existing in the original wine, such as polyphenols, anthocyanins and antioxidants.
