Organoleptic characteristics :

Appearance : distinguished by its bright, clear colour, similar to that of a classic sparkling wine. The bubbles are finely persistent, creating a lively effervescence that is pleasing to the eye
Aroma : on the nose, the wine offers a fresh and fruity bouquet. Notes of green apple, citrus fruits and light nuances of white flowers are perceptible, giving an inviting and harmonious perfume. More in the background, there is a herbaceous vein : memories of hay and sage combine harmoniously with elderflower. Bubbles integrated on the palate and capable of giving verve to a basically soft sip, on returns of even very ripe fruit such as apricot, peach and exotic yellow-fleshed fruit..
Taste : on the palate, it maintains the freshness and liveliness of sparkling wines, with a balanced and slightly sweet flavour. The combination of fresh fruit and a hint of acidity makes each sip refreshing and pleasant, but without the alcoholic intensity !
