ALTERNATIVA 0.0% VEGAN WHITE DRY SPARKLING WINE

Alternativa was born from an idea by Michele Tait, an experienced wine maker with over 20 years of experience in the creation and processing of wine. After having gained numerous experiences in the field of oenology, he decided to start his own company called "Health Wine srl", with which he still offers consulting services and technological support to wineries throughout Europe.

In 2012 he conducted a study aimed at reducing the alcohol content of wine while maintaining its beneficial and healthy properties intact. At that time, the importance of completely removing alcohol and introducing new beverages to the world emerged.

Just one year later, in 2013, after several experiments, he managed to concretize his idea by completely removing alcohol from a wine and thus giving birth to the brand Alternativa® and the company "Princess srl", owner of the brand. In 2016, Princess srl obtained the Halal certification making the Alternativa® brand suitable for Islamic people and expanding the market to the Arab countries.

A brief note : Halal certification ensures that the products comply with the ethical and hygienic-sanitary standards of Islamic law and doctrine.

Origin of the name : the "Alternativa" name was chosen by Michele with the aim of encapsulating a concept: to offer an "alternative" to those who do not drink alcohol. In addition to the concept, the choice of the word "Alternativa" evokes a principle of universality due to its similarity in many languages.

Alternativa® is dedicated to those who feel different and want to be different, to those who have the courage to go against the tide and fight for their ideas, to those who think that things change and must change and to those who believe that things change and must change, and to those who are always focused on the future and therefore create it.

In conclusion, the Alternativa® brand is above all an idea, a dream that aspires to give its name to the beverage itself ; a beverage derived from a globally recognized dealcoholized wine and beer known as an alternative.

 

Alternativa® is obtained by removing alcohol from wine normally vinified through an osmotic/mechanical process without the use of any chemical substances.

Alternativa® is not grape juice nor must, but a dealcoholized 0.0 wine that maintains the organoleptic properties of the original product.

Alternativa® products can be drunk by workers, expectant mothers, athletes, teenagers and people of all religions (Halal certification), in short, our products are suitable for everyone! And do not compete in any way with wine, as it is a derived non-alcoholic beverage.

All Alternativa® products are free of colouring agents, preservatives and chemical additives. The stability of the product is guaranteed by pasteurisation in the bottle and is perfectly healthy and 100% made in Italy.

Storage: store in a dry place and away from heat sources. Once opened, store in the fridge for a maximum of 5 days.
