Bella Italian Bitter Spritz has a bright carmine red color. It has an intense aroma reminiscent of grapefruit and orange, to which are added herbaceous and clove notes. In the mouth it is characterized by a pleasant bitter taste, perceived on a warm and velvety background. Ideal for the preparation of all cocktails, specially for a fresh and modern non-alcoholic Bitter Spritz mixed with Bella Glamour Sparkling White Wine, Negroni, Americano and representing one of the symbol of the Italian "dolce vita" !

Bella Italian Fashion Drink is the brainchild of Loris Casonato, an expert Italian oenologist, agronomist and winemaker, third generation of a family of passionate wine entrepreneurs and also advocate of intelligent sustainable winemaking.

Bella is developed and owned by Iris Vigneti, a family winery established in 1968, located in the heart of Prosecco Treviso DOC wine country in Mareno di Piave, an iconic place in North- Eastern Italy close to Venice and the splendid Dolomites Mountains UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Bella drinks are produced from native Glera grapes, the same used to make Prosecco. The result is a non-alcoholic drink that delivers all the charm of the most exquisite and renown Italian sparkling wines, without a drop of alcohol.
When you talk of wine and bubbles, Prosecco comes immediately to mind. It is a symbol of parties, joy, elegance and sophistication. Bella Drinks brings people together, transforming every event into a special moment. Each glass evokes tradition and innovation, meticulous care of the vines, grapes harvested by hand and attention to details: a genuine example of Made in Italy excellence.
Bella Drink produces non- alcoholic drinks obtained and protected by an International Patent Application which involves the single use of fresh, unfermented grape must. Bella Drink products are perfect at any time: refreshing, drunk individually, mixed as a base for new non-alcoholic cocktails. Non-alcoholic aperitifs and sparkling wines that preserve the classic fruity and floral aromas and a sweet, sparkling and well-balanced flavour.

Bella is created with an exclusive production process, internationally patented, to enhance and preserve intact the delicate aroma of native grapes of Glera. A revolutionary technology that keeps the unpasteurized and micro-filtered must fresh, just mixed with carbon dioxide only for sparkling references. The result is a fresh drink with zero alcohol. Bella drinks are Vegan and Halal. Plus, they’re Biodiversity and SQNPI certified with a short supply chain, from vineyard to cellar, to bottling, to you. This is fresh, unpasteurized, microfiltered grape must, exclusively added with natural carbon dioxide, obtained with single-variety Glera grapes (the same as Prosecco) and processed with the traditional sparkling process.

Iris Vigneti - owner of the Bella brand - has filed and obtained its exclusive international patent for the conservation of grape must. This is a revolutionary technology protected in Italy and extended throughout the European Union and in the 25 countries of the World where winemaking takes place. The innovation totally differentiates this product, making it unique compared to the references so far on the market where there are only pasteurized grape juices or wines de-alcoholized through a chemical process (without however reaching zero alcohol). In the case of Bella, however, the absence of pasteurization preserves all the organoleptic qualities and nutritional principles of the grapes which are harvested not completely ripe to preserve fruity hints and aromas (green apple, mint, basil). The result is a fresh and fruity sparkling wine with a delicate perlage, available in the classic and rosé versions and also with special packaging for the luxury versions.
This product received the first international recognition in Arab countries: it is in fact compatible with Halal nutrition since, compared to other products, alcohol is totally absent. But there is growing interest especially in the US and European markets which are increasingly attentive to health style: wellbeing and health as a lifestyle choice. Not only does Bella not contain alcohol but it also halves the calories: 40 Kcal per 100 mL (a tulip glass) compared to 70-80/100 Kcal of a de-alcoholised wine or grape juice and approximately 90-95 Kcal of a glass of classic sparkling wine.
